CD3 is used as T cell identification marker. CD4 and CD8 are used as subclassification. CD197, CD45RA, CD27, and CD45RO are used to determinate stage, and provide the clue to make classification of T cell lymphoma. Natural Killer (NK) cell is identified by CD3-negative, CD56-positive, and CD19-negative. The central role to diagnose NK cell lymphoma is to find out aberrant expressions of NK cell.
