The minimal residual disease panel has 3 purposes: identifiy B cells, identify maturation pathway, and detect aberrancies. CD19, CD10, and CD34 are used to identify B cells. CD10, CD20, CD38, CD81, and CD45 are used to map maturation pathway. CD66c, CD123, CD73, and CD304 are used to identify aberrancies.
