Sinonasally located lymphoid malignancies are rare lesions with first symptoms similar to other obstructive conditions. Additionally, they often coexist with nasal inflammation and mucosal necrosis. Therefore, time from the first symptoms to diagnosis tends to be long. Awareness and early diagnosis of this disease entity could improve treatment outcome. Topic：Extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma, Nasal type Extranodal natural killer (NK)/T cell lymphoma-associated hemophagocytic syndrome (HPS) (NK/T-LAHS) is a heterogeneous and life-threatening disease, which warrants investigation of its risk factors and clinical features. We retrospectively analyzed the clinical records of 202 patients with extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma and compared the characteristics and survival of extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma patients with and without HPS. Topic：Marginal zone B cell lymphoma Epigenetic modifications play an important role in the germinal center response and deregulation of the B-cell epigenome as a consequence of mutations and other genomic aberrations are being increasingly recognized as important steps in the pathogenesis of a variety of B- cell lymphomas.
